Problems with a search or a tool

If a story, post, reel or highlight will not load, the quickest fix is usually on our side of the pipeline, so we want to hear about it. You can use the Report a problem button below the search area on any tool page, or email us with:

  • The username you searched
  • Which tool you used (for example, the Story Viewer or Recent Follows)
  • What you expected to see and what happened instead
  • A screenshot, if you can take one

Before writing in, it is worth checking the troubleshooting and FAQ sections on the Instagram Story Viewer page. Many "not working" reports turn out to be private accounts, expired stories or a username typo. InstaPeep only shows public content; we cannot unlock private accounts or recover Instagram logins.

Privacy and data requests

For questions about what we collect, or to make a data access or deletion request, email us with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how the site handles data and cookies.

Copyright and DMCA notices

If you believe content displayed through InstaPeep infringes your copyright, please follow the process on our DMCA policy page so your notice includes everything we need to act on it.

Business, press and partnerships

Journalists, researchers and potential partners can reach us at the same address. Use "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line and include a little context about your project or publication.

Corrections to our guides

Instagram changes often. If something in one of our blog guides is out of date, tell us which article and what changed, and the InstaPeep Editorial Team will review it.
