Why can't I see stories for a specific user?
There are several possible reasons: the account may be private, the user may not have posted any stories in the last 24 hours, or the username may be misspelled. Double-check the spelling and ensure the account is public. If the user has no active stories, you may still be able to view their Highlights, Posts, and Reels.

No stories showing up
The most common reason is that the user hasn't posted any stories in the last 24 hours. Stories expire automatically after 24 hours. Check the Highlights tab — stories saved as highlights remain available indefinitely.
Profile not found
Double-check the username spelling. Don't include the "@" symbol. If the account was recently created or has changed usernames, it may take some time to become available. Also ensure the account is set to public.
Videos won't play
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Some browsers may have autoplay restrictions. Try clicking on the video to start playback manually. If the issue persists, try a different browser or clear your cache.
Download not working
If the download button doesn't respond, check that your browser allows file downloads from websites. Some mobile browsers may require you to long-press the download link and select "Save As" instead. On iOS Safari, downloaded files go to the Files app.
