Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to paid InstaPeep Premium purchases. The free tools cost nothing and have no refunds. It supplements our Terms of Use.

2. Cancel any time

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. When we refund

• First purchase: if Premium does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• Forgot to cancel: if a subscription renewed and you did not mean to keep it, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal and we will refund that renewal, provided Premium was not used since it renewed.
• Outages: if Premium is substantially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will extend your access or refund the affected time on request.
• Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.
• One-time passes: refundable only if no lookup was completed with the pass.

4. When we do not refund

• Partial periods after you cancel, or unused time on a period you chose not to use.
• Results that were delivered as described but are not what you hoped to find (for example, an account that is private, hidden by Instagram, or follows few accounts).
• Accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email address with the date of the charge. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve genuine problems quickly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.

7. Taxes and currency

Refunds include any sales tax charged on the refunded payment. Charges are in US dollars unless shown otherwise at checkout.
